My Philosophy

I love watching magical transformations on TikTok, but the last thing you want to see when you look in the mirror is someone else.

I’m the Edmonton makeup artist who isn’t just going to make you look pretty- I’m going to show you where your beauty comes from and teach you how to make it shine.

Our faces aren’t perfect (or even symmetrical!), but instead of wishing we were different, I will show you how to highlight your best features and embrace your face. True confidence comes from being comfortable with yourself and not looking like everyone else.

I get off on introducing people to their beauty. Their reaction when they realize how stunning they are is so rewarding to me.

Doing more with less

I believe in functional beauty. You are far too busy to waste your time with products and techniques meant for Hollywood starlets and reality TV queens. You don’t need to conquer the smoky eye if you’re never going to wear it. 

Learning how to craft the right look for your face can feel overwhelming. The internet is full of “makeup enthusiasts” who have a million different methods of building a look (yet somehow end up looking the same). But we don’t all start with the same canvas. 

You need customized advice on enhancing your favourite features and uncovering what makes you- undeniably YOU!

One of the benefits of wearing well-applied makeup is that it gives you the confidence to stop thinking about how you look. Because when you feel good about your appearance, you light a fire under everything else you do. You are unstoppable.

Confidence is Individuality

With over 30 years as an Edmonton Makeup Artist, I’m the one they call when the weekend warrior MUA from Instagram doesn’t show up (or worse- uses cookie-cutter makeup techniques to make you look unrecognizable.) 

I have truly seen everything. Different face shapes, sizes, ages, tones, skin concerns & disorders. I have worked on them all. You can imagine how many trends and techniques I’ve had to learn in 30 years... Yet, one thing that has stayed true is my core belief that everyone is beautiful. They might not know how to highlight their beauty or feel confident in their abilities to do so, and that’s exactly where I come in. 

I offer a judgment-free space for you to reveal your deepest insecurities about your looks and ask the questions you can’t find the answers to online. Together, we will emphasize your most loved features and uncover the beautiful person who has been there all along.

I am a mother and a model. I love being creative and dreaming big. I enjoy travelling and discovering new places. Music is a big part of my life. I spend time in my garden, taking care of plants. I also love to surf and ride the waves.
